Organophosphates are commonly used as agricultural pesticides, and are known to be a major cause of drug intoxication in Korea. However, there has been no report of cardiac manifestation in organophosphate poisoning. Herein we report a case of organophosphate intoxication with a marked prolongation of the QT interval, complete heart block and prolonged asystole, which were successfully managed with atropine.(Korean J Med 70:S216-S219, 2006)
