- 결론적으로 스트레스성 심근병증과 심내막염 모두 매우 드문 질환이다. 우리는 감염성 심내막염 환자에서 합병증으로 감염성 뇌수막염과 뇌경색 그리고 스트레스성 심근병증이 동반된 젊은 여성에서 심초음파를 이용하여 비침습적으로 스트레스성 심근병증을 진단하여 성공적으로 치료한 드문 경우를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다.

- Abstract
- Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a clinical syndrome characterized by chest pain, transient left ventricular dysfunction, and specific electrocardiographic changes induced by physical or emotional stress. We describe a rare case of this syndrome associated with acute mitral valve bacterial endocarditis in a young female. (Korean J Med 2014;86:325-328)
